Join our first P&C Meeting for the Year. Students attend Meet the Instruments.
Throughout this week, please take the time to read the Community Update which you can download from the Newsletter section of this website and have a look around the Newtown Public School website. More dates for 2021 will be added to the calendar on the home page. Some dates will also be added to the Events page.
These pages are constantly updated so please refer to them as your source of current information.
ACTIONS THIS WEEK
- The February Monthly P&C Meeting is this Tuesday evening at the School Hall. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, the meeting is restricted to 30 people. If you wish to attend, please email the P&C Secretary – secretary@newtownpandc.org
- School Photo Envelopes have been distributed to all students. Envelopes and payment are due by Monday 22nd February.
- The New Reversible Newtown Public School Sports Hat are now available for purchase from Pickles. Please contact the School’s Admin Office for information on sizes – Students can come to the office and try on a hat to find out what size fits and let their parents know.
- All Statement of Account for Term 1 school payments have now been issued. We thank you for making your payments by Week 6, Friday 5th March.
- Lunch Orders are available to order for Mondays and Tuesdays only. Order deadline is 8am the day of. (more information on About Our School page)

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
Participating in Community Programs such as: Chess, Drama or Mandarin lessons is a way to explore interests outside the classroom. Learn more about these programs here.
