Executive

The parents and citizens' association (P&C) is made up of financial members, parents and citizens. Within that group, only financial members may be elected to take up office bearers positions.

The P&C office bearers are elected at the association’s annual general meeting held in November each year. The office bearers for 2024 are:

  • President - Jarrad Caines
  • Vice President - Kim Scriven-Davis

The P&C president has the role of providing leadership to the parent community which includes having an awareness of parental concerns and expectations and being an active participant in the school's planning and priority setting. The Vice President assists the President in their role.

  • Treasurer - Benjamin Hayes

The P&C finance team manages a substantial amount of money each year and is responsible for disbursing the funds raised, to the school and for paying P&C fundraising expenses. The finance team manages the planning and tracking of the financial results of the P&C, ensuring the P&C is complying with Australian accounting standards. An accounting background is ideal for this role.

  • Secretary – Debbie Penderis

The secretary is the principal administrative officer of the association. They contribute significantly to the smooth running of the P&C, and to maintaining transparent communications within the school community (through accurate minutes).

  • Executive member: Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Liaison - Justine Harris
  • Executive member: 2nd Hand Uniform Shop – Anna Kidson

The executive members support the office bearers where appropriate and are a part of promoting the collective interests of the school, its students and the community.
