Stage 3 Debating Program
Newtown Public School Debating Program is open to all interested students in Stage 3
We teach students the basics of debating and work to develop these skills as well as finessing their public speaking techniques.
The inter-school teams will debate in the Inner West Friendly Debating Competition. The inter-school teams will debate in our Newtown Public School Competition. Both competitions involve debating current and interesting topics which students are given ahead of time.
