Market Day

What is Market Day? 

This event is planned, organised, promoted and run by our Stage 3 students. On Market Day the Stage 3 students will run market stalls that are fun and interactive. Students will be offered the opportunity to make crafts, play games and collaborate to overcome obstacle courses. This year, with a continued focus on sustainability, the Stage 3 teachers challenged the students to make the event waste free. We are aiming for an environmentally positive event, being aware of our planet’s plastic problem and Australia’s environmental conditions such as drought. The Stage 3 students have taken this on with zest and excitement. 

Purpose 

This annual event is a fund raiser for the Year 6 Big Day Out celebration. This event is the school community’s way of sending the Year 6 cohort off with best wishes for their next adventures in high school.

This student only event will cost students $5 each.

This money will give all students unlimited access to all market day stalls for the duration of the event.
